Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a COO for a New York-based enterprise SaaS company scaling from $180m to $400m ARR, leading all non-product functions including sales, customer success, finance and people.

The Organisation & Context

Our client raised $300m in Series E and is building the operational infrastructure to sustain 40%+ growth while improving NRR and reducing CAC payback periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with CEO to define and execute operational strategy
  • Lead sales, CS, finance, people and legal — 280 staff
  • Own operational KPIs — NRR, CAC, payback period and gross margin
  • Define the operational playbook for scaling to $400m ARR
  • Manage board relationships and operational reporting

Candidate Profile

  • COO or President at an enterprise SaaS company ($100m+ ARR)
  • Track record of scaling revenue operations in high-growth technology
  • Understanding of SaaS unit economics and operational leverage
  • Board-level credibility with institutional tech investors
