Structured Assessment

We apply rigorous structured assessment to every shortlisted candidate — combining competency-based interviewing, psychometric tools where appropriate, and reference conversations with people who have worked closely with the individual.

Assessment that goes beyond the CV

We evaluate every shortlisted candidate across four structured dimensions: leadership track record against comparable mandates; role-specific competencies; cultural and stakeholder fit; and long-term succession potential. Every candidate presentation includes a written assessment report — not a CV with commentary.
