Key Responsibilities

• — Full P&L accountability for Southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy)
• — Build and lead a high-performance senior leadership team
• — Drive client acquisition and key account development
• — Represent the Group at senior client and market level
• — Work closely with global functional leaders on strategy execution

Candidate Profile

• — Senior commercial or general management in professional or B2B services
• — Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• — Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese an advantage
• — Track record of developing senior client relationships
