JOlivier & Partners is leading the search for a Southern Europe Managing Director for an international services group. Full P&L responsibility for the Iberian Peninsula and Southern European markets.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a market-leading international services group establishing and accelerating its presence in Southern Europe. The organisation seeks a leader capable of building the local business from a position of existing strength.

Key Responsibilities

— Full P&L accountability for Southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy)
— Build and lead a high-performance senior leadership team
— Drive client acquisition and key account development
— Represent the Group at senior client and market level
— Work closely with global functional leaders on strategy execution

Candidate Profile

— Senior commercial or general management in professional or B2B services
— Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
— Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese an advantage
— Track record of developing senior client relationships
