The Organisation & Context

Our client is a market-leading international services group establishing and accelerating its presence in the Southern European market. The organisation has identified the region as a priority growth corridor and is seeking a leader capable of building the local business from a position of existing strength — combining market development, team building and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• — Assume full P&L accountability for Southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy)
• — Build and lead a high-performance senior leadership team in the region
• — Drive client acquisition, key account development and revenue growth
• — Represent the Group at senior client and market level across Southern Europe
• — Work closely with global functional leaders on strategy execution and operational alignment
• — Develop partnerships and ecosystem relationships that accelerate regional growth

Candidate Profile

• — Senior commercial or general management experience in professional services or B2B services
• — Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a regional mandate
• — Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese an advantage
• — Track record of developing senior client relationships and winning complex mandates
• — Strong cultural fit with a performance-oriented, international organisation
