JOlivier & Partners is leading the search for a Southern Europe Managing Director for an international services group. Full P&L responsibility for the Iberian Peninsula and Southern European markets.

Our client is a market-leading international services group establishing and accelerating its presence in Southern Europe. The organisation seeks a leader capable of building the local business from a position of existing strength.

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L accountability for Southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy)
• Build and lead a high-performance senior leadership team
• Drive client acquisition and key account development
• Represent the Group at senior client and market level
• Work closely with global functional leaders on strategy execution

Candidate Profile

• Senior commercial or general management in professional or B2B services
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese an advantage
• Track record of developing senior client relationships
