Every JOlivier & Partners search follows a structured process — brief definition, full market mapping, structured candidate assessment and reference validation. We do not rely on network familiarity or database searches. We build the candidate universe from scratch for every mandate.

The large executive search firms offer scale, brand recognition and broad geographic coverage. What they cannot offer — by design — is the model that genuinely consequential leadership appointments require: a principal who remains personally accountable from the first brief to the final appointment.
At the large firms, the partner who wins the mandate is rarely the person who conducts the search. Associates, researchers and junior consultants do the work.
