Our client is a $480m revenue business services platform across 22 US states. Acquired 18 months ago, the business has an aggressive value creation plan centred on organic growth, M&A integration and margin improvement.

Key Responsibilities

— Lead the senior leadership team with full P&L for $480m business
— Execute the organic growth strategy
— Integrate 4 recently completed bolt-on acquisitions
— Deliver EBITDA improvement from $72m to $105m
— Position the business for exit in 24-30 months

Candidate Profile

— CEO or President in a PE-backed business services platform
— Track record of delivering value creation plans
— Experience integrating acquisitions and scaling revenue
— Comfortable under PE-sponsor governance
