Our client is a $480m revenue business services platform across 22 US states. Acquired 18 months ago, the business has an aggressive value creation plan centred on organic growth, M&A integration and margin improvement.

Responsabilidades Principais

Lead the senior leadership team with full P&L for $480m business
Execute the organic growth strategy
Integrate 4 recently completed bolt-on acquisitions
Deliver EBITDA improvement from $72m to $105m
Position the business for exit in 24-30 months

Perfil do Candidato

CEO or President in a PE-backed business services platform
Track record of delivering value creation plans
Experience integrating acquisitions and scaling revenue
Comfortable under PE-sponsor governance
