• Integrate 4 recently completed bolt-on acquisitions
• Deliver EBITDA improvement from $72m to $105m
• Position the business for exit in 24-30 months

• CEO or President in a PE-backed business services platform
• Track record of delivering value creation plans
• Experience integrating acquisitions and scaling revenue
• Comfortable under PE-sponsor governance
