Our client is pursuing aggressive regional expansion — 4 new hospitals under construction in Saudi Arabia — and preparing for a potential IPO on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.

Responsabilità

Lead the group executive team across 12 hospitals and 40 clinics
Drive clinical and operational excellence for 8,000 healthcare professionals
Execute the Saudi Arabia expansion — 4 new hospital openings
Lead the IPO preparation process
Manage relationships with DHA, DOH and regional regulatory authorities

Profilo del candidato

CEO or COO at a multi-site hospital group or integrated healthcare system
Track record of operational excellence in a clinical environment
Experience in the GCC healthcare regulatory environment
Ability to lead a business through a capital markets transaction
Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
