Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained by the board of a leading UAE-based integrated healthcare group to identify a new CEO, leading 12 hospitals, 40 clinics and 8,000 healthcare professionals across UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is pursuing aggressive regional expansion — 4 new hospitals under construction in Saudi Arabia — and preparing for a potential IPO on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.

Key Responsibilities

— Lead the group executive team across 12 hospitals and 40 clinics
— Drive clinical and operational excellence for 8,000 healthcare professionals
— Execute the Saudi Arabia expansion — 4 new hospital openings
— Lead the IPO preparation process
— Manage relationships with DHA, DOH and regional regulatory authorities

Candidate Profile

— CEO or COO at a multi-site hospital group or integrated healthcare system
— Track record of operational excellence in a clinical environment
— Experience in the GCC healthcare regulatory environment
— Ability to lead a business through a capital markets transaction
— Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
