Role Overview
JOlivier & Partners has been retained by the board of a leading UAE-based integrated healthcare group to identify a new CEO, leading 12 hospitals, 40 clinics and 8,000 healthcare professionals across UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
The Organisation & Context
Our client is pursuing aggressive regional expansion — 4 new hospitals under construction in Saudi Arabia — and preparing for a potential IPO on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the group executive team across 12 hospitals and 40 clinics
- Drive clinical and operational excellence for 8,000 healthcare professionals
- Execute the Saudi Arabia expansion — 4 new hospital openings
- Lead the IPO preparation process
- Manage relationships with DHA, DOH and regional regulatory authorities
Candidate Profile
- CEO or COO at a multi-site hospital group or integrated healthcare system
- Track record of operational excellence in a clinical environment
- Experience in the GCC healthcare regulatory environment
- Ability to lead a business through a capital markets transaction
- Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
