The Organisation & Context

Our client is a high-growth digital health platform providing AI-powered triage and remote monitoring solutions to NHS trusts and private hospitals. Following a £120m Series C, the company is scaling its operations capability to support a significantly larger customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• — Build the operational infrastructure for scaling from 200 to 800 healthcare partnerships
• — Lead customer success, implementation, and clinical partnerships functions
• — Define and execute the operating model for NHS and private hospital deployments
• — Manage regulatory compliance across MHRA, CQC and NHS Digital frameworks
• — Work closely with the CEO on strategic operational decisions

Candidate Profile

• — COO or VP Operations at a digital health, medtech or health services technology company
• — Track record of scaling operations in a regulated healthcare technology environment
• — Understanding of NHS procurement and digital health governance frameworks
• — Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare partnerships
