Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a COO for a London-based digital health platform. The COO will build the operational infrastructure to support the company's expansion from 200 to 800 NHS and private healthcare partnerships over 36 months.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a high-growth digital health platform providing AI-powered triage and remote monitoring solutions to NHS trusts and private hospitals. Following a £120m Series C, the company is scaling its operations capability to support a significantly larger customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the operational infrastructure for scaling from 200 to 800 healthcare partnerships
  • Lead customer success, implementation, and clinical partnerships functions
  • Define and execute the operating model for NHS and private hospital deployments
  • Manage regulatory compliance across MHRA, CQC and NHS Digital frameworks
  • Work closely with the CEO on strategic operational decisions

Candidate Profile

  • COO or VP Operations at a digital health, medtech or health services technology company
  • Track record of scaling operations in a regulated healthcare technology environment
  • Understanding of NHS procurement and digital health governance frameworks
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare partnerships
