CEO — Renewable Energy Developer

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a new CEO for a leading Iberian renewable energy developer with a pipeline of 8GW of offshore wind and solar across Northern Europe.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a Porto-based developer and operator with 3.2GW of installed capacity, backed by pension fund capital and among the fastest-growing renewable energy platforms in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the executive team and define strategic direction
• Deliver the 8GW development pipeline across UK, Portugal, Portugal and the Baltics
• Manage relationships with pension fund investors and government bodies
• Drive the corporate PPA strategy
• Represent the company at European energy policy forums

Candidate Profile

• CEO experience in a renewable energy developer or infrastructure fund
• Deep expertise in offshore wind or large-scale solar
• Track record of multi-jurisdiction energy infrastructure projects
• Fluent English and ideally a Scandinavian language
