Our client is a fourth-generation family-owned precision manufacturing group with €1.4bn in revenues across automotive, aerospace and medical devices. The founding family has made the strategic decision to appoint an external CEO for the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• — Lead the executive team and the group's strategic direction
• — Drive the digital manufacturing transformation programme
• — Develop the international expansion strategy — USA, India and Southeast Asia
• — Manage the relationship with family shareholders and supervisory board

Candidate Profile

• — CEO or COO in a precision manufacturing, automotive or industrial group
• — Track record of digital transformation in a manufacturing business
• — Experience working with family shareholders
• — Fluent German and English required
