Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a new CEO for a leading Nordic renewable energy developer with a pipeline of 8GW of offshore wind and solar across Northern Europe.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a Copenhagen-based developer and operator with 3.2GW of installed capacity, backed by pension fund capital and among the fastest-growing renewable energy platforms in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

— Lead the executive team and define strategic direction
— Deliver the 8GW development pipeline across UK, Germany, Denmark and the Baltics
— Manage relationships with pension fund investors and government bodies
— Drive the corporate PPA strategy
— Represent the company at European energy policy forums

Candidate Profile

— CEO experience in a renewable energy developer or infrastructure fund
— Deep expertise in offshore wind or large-scale solar
— Track record of multi-jurisdiction energy infrastructure projects
— Fluent English and ideally a Scandinavian language
