JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a CHRO for a leading Dubai-based international hospitality group with 28,000 employees across 85 properties in 22 countries.

Our client is a GCC-owned hospitality group with luxury, lifestyle and business hotels across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia. The group is opening 18 new properties over 36 months.

Responsabilidades Principais

— Define and execute HR strategy for 28,000 employees across 22 countries
— Lead talent acquisition for 3,000+ annual hires
— Design the employee value proposition for a multicultural workforce
— Manage total rewards across 22 jurisdictions
— Develop succession planning for general managers

Perfil do Candidato

— CHRO at an international hospitality group at scale
— Track record of managing multicultural geographically distributed workforces
— Experience in high-volume talent acquisition in a service industry
— Understanding of Middle East labour markets
— Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
