Key Responsibilities

• — Define and execute HR strategy for 28,000 employees across 22 countries
• — Lead talent acquisition for 3,000+ annual hires
• — Design the employee value proposition for a multicultural workforce
• — Manage total rewards across 22 jurisdictions
• — Develop succession planning for general managers

Candidate Profile

• — CHRO at an international hospitality group at scale
• — Track record of managing multicultural geographically distributed workforces
• — Experience in high-volume talent acquisition in a service industry
• — Understanding of Middle East labour markets
• — Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
