Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a CHRO for a leading Dubai-based international hospitality group with 28,000 employees across 85 properties in 22 countries.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a GCC-owned hospitality group with luxury, lifestyle and business hotels across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia. The group is opening 18 new properties over 36 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute HR strategy for 28,000 employees across 22 countries
  • Lead talent acquisition for 3,000+ annual hires
  • Design the employee value proposition for a multicultural workforce
  • Manage total rewards across 22 jurisdictions
  • Develop succession planning for general managers

Candidate Profile

  • CHRO at an international hospitality group at scale
  • Track record of managing multicultural geographically distributed workforces
  • Experience in high-volume talent acquisition in a service industry
  • Understanding of Middle East labour markets
  • Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
