Role Overview
JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a CHRO for a leading Dubai-based international hospitality group with 28,000 employees across 85 properties in 22 countries.
The Organisation & Context
Our client is a GCC-owned hospitality group with luxury, lifestyle and business hotels across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia. The group is opening 18 new properties over 36 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute HR strategy for 28,000 employees across 22 countries
- Lead talent acquisition for 3,000+ annual hires
- Design the employee value proposition for a multicultural workforce
- Manage total rewards across 22 jurisdictions
- Develop succession planning for general managers
Candidate Profile
- CHRO at an international hospitality group at scale
- Track record of managing multicultural geographically distributed workforces
- Experience in high-volume talent acquisition in a service industry
- Understanding of Middle East labour markets
- Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
