JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a CHRO for a leading NY-based PE firm with $12bn in AuM, leading talent strategy for 180 investment professionals and providing HR advisory to portfolio companies.

Our client manages 4 sector-focused funds across healthcare, technology, business services and industrials. The firm is investing in a senior HR function as it expands its portfolio operations capability.

Responsabilités Clés

Define and execute the talent strategy for 180 investment professionals
Lead recruiting for investment, operations and finance professionals
Develop compensation frameworks aligned with PE industry practices
Provide HR advisory to portfolio company CEOs and CHROs
Build and lead an HR function of 6

Profil Recherché

CHRO at a PE firm, investment bank or alternative asset manager
Understanding of PE compensation structures including carry
Track record of recruiting and retaining investment talent
Experience providing board-level HR advisory to portfolio companies
