Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the talent strategy for 180 investment professionals
• Lead recruiting for investment, operations and finance professionals
• Develop compensation frameworks aligned with PE industry practices
• Provide HR advisory to portfolio company CEOs and CHROs
• Build and lead an HR function of 6

Perfil del candidato

• CHRO at a PE firm, investment bank or alternative asset manager
• Understanding of PE compensation structures including carry
• Track record of recruiting and retaining investment talent
• Experience providing board-level HR advisory to portfolio companies

Retained mandate. Compensation includes base, bonus and carry participation.
