JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify an Independent NED for a Zurich-based asset management group with AuM of CHF 65bn. The NED will join the Audit and Risk Committee.
The Organisation & Context
Our client is a leading independent asset manager with operations across Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Portugal and the UK. The board seeks to strengthen its expertise in digital asset management and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Independent NED attending 6-8 board meetings per annum
- Participate in the Audit and Risk Committee
- Contribute expertise in digital asset management or regulation
- Provide independent challenge to the executive team
Candidate Profile
- Senior executive or former C-suite experience in asset management or wealth management
- Deep understanding of Swiss financial services regulation
- Experience with digital asset strategies
- Swiss market knowledge preferred
