Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify an Independent NED for a Zurich-based asset management group with AuM of CHF 65bn. The NED will join the Audit and Risk Committee.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a leading independent asset manager with operations across Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and the UK. The board seeks to strengthen its expertise in digital asset management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

— Serve as Independent NED attending 6-8 board meetings per annum
— Participate in the Audit and Risk Committee
— Contribute expertise in digital asset management or regulation
— Provide independent challenge to the executive team

Candidate Profile

— Senior executive or former C-suite experience in asset management or wealth management
— Deep understanding of Swiss financial services regulation
— Experience with digital asset strategies
— Swiss market knowledge preferred
