Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify an Independent NED for a Zurich-based asset management group with AuM of CHF 65bn. The NED will join the Audit and Risk Committee.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a leading independent asset manager with operations across Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Portugal and the UK. The board seeks to strengthen its expertise in digital asset management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Independent NED attending 6-8 board meetings per annum
Participate in the Audit and Risk Committee
Contribute expertise in digital asset management or regulation
Provide independent challenge to the executive team

Candidate Profile

Senior executive or former C-suite experience in asset management or wealth management
Deep understanding of Swiss financial services regulation
Experience with digital asset strategies
Swiss market knowledge preferred
