Contexto

Our client is a leading independent asset manager with operations across Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Portugal and the UK. The board seeks to strengthen its expertise in digital asset management and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Independent NED attending 6-8 board meetings per annum
• Participate in the Audit and Risk Committee
• Contribute expertise in digital asset management or regulation
• Provide independent challenge to the executive team

Perfil del candidato

• Senior executive or former C-suite experience in asset management or wealth management
• Deep understanding of Swiss financial services regulation
• Experience with digital asset strategies
• Swiss market knowledge preferred
