Our client is a global consumer goods company with leading brands in food, beverage and personal care. The Miami-based LatAm hub manages distributor relationships and brand investment across 18 markets.

Responsabilidades Principais

• — Lead commercial strategy and P&L for $1.4bn LatAm business
• — Manage 6 Country Commercial Managers and 120 indirect commercial staff
• — Define go-to-market strategy across modern trade and e-commerce
• — Drive distributor performance management
• — Build commercial capability across the regional leadership team

Perfil do Candidato

• — VP Sales or Commercial Director in a global FMCG company
• — Deep knowledge of Latin American consumer markets — Brazil, Mexico, Colombia
• — Track record of managing multi-market commercial organisations
• — Fluent Spanish or Portuguese and English required
