Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a VP Commercial for the Latin America division of a global FMCG group, based in Miami, leading 18 LatAm markets with $1.4bn in combined revenue.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a global consumer goods company with leading brands in food, beverage and personal care. The Miami-based LatAm hub manages distributor relationships and brand investment across 18 markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial strategy and P&L for $1.4bn LatAm business
  • Manage 6 Country Commercial Managers and 120 indirect commercial staff
  • Define go-to-market strategy across modern trade and e-commerce
  • Drive distributor performance management
  • Build commercial capability across the regional leadership team

Candidate Profile

  • VP Sales or Commercial Director in a global FMCG company
  • Deep knowledge of Latin American consumer markets — Brazil, Mexico, Colombia
  • Track record of managing multi-market commercial organisations
  • Fluent Spanish or Portuguese and English required
