Role Overview
JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a VP Commercial for the Latin America division of a global FMCG group, based in Miami, leading 18 LatAm markets with $1.4bn in combined revenue.
The Organisation & Context
Our client is a global consumer goods company with leading brands in food, beverage and personal care. The Miami-based LatAm hub manages distributor relationships and brand investment across 18 markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy and P&L for $1.4bn LatAm business
- Manage 6 Country Commercial Managers and 120 indirect commercial staff
- Define go-to-market strategy across modern trade and e-commerce
- Drive distributor performance management
- Build commercial capability across the regional leadership team
Candidate Profile
- VP Sales or Commercial Director in a global FMCG company
- Deep knowledge of Latin American consumer markets — Brazil, Mexico, Colombia
- Track record of managing multi-market commercial organisations
- Fluent Spanish or Portuguese and English required
