CFO — Infrastructure Fund

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a CFO for a Brussels-based infrastructure fund manager with €6.8bn in AuM across core infrastructure assets in Western Europe.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is an infrastructure fund manager backed by European institutional capital — pension funds and insurance companies — in fundraising for Fund III.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all fund accounting, financial reporting and NAV calculation
• Manage investor reporting — quarterly reports, capital calls and distributions
• Oversee financial management of 14 portfolio companies
• Support Fund III fundraising
• Manage relationships with auditors and CSSF

Candidate Profile

• CFO or Head of Finance at an infrastructure fund manager or PE firm
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure fund accounting and ILPA reporting
• Experience with regulated infrastructure assets
• Fluent English and French or Dutch
