CFO — Infrastructure Fund

Our client is an infrastructure fund manager backed by European institutional capital — pension funds and insurance companies — in fundraising for Fund III.

Responsabilidades Principais

• — Lead all fund accounting, financial reporting and NAV calculation
• — Manage investor reporting — quarterly reports, capital calls and distributions
• — Oversee financial management of 14 portfolio companies
• — Support Fund III fundraising
• — Manage relationships with auditors and CSSF

Perfil do Candidato

• — CFO or Head of Finance at an infrastructure fund manager or PE firm
• — Deep knowledge of infrastructure fund accounting and ILPA reporting
• — Experience with regulated infrastructure assets
• — Fluent English and French or Dutch
