Our client is a pan-European logistics group backed by infrastructure capital. Following significant investment in automation in Iberia, the business is seeking a leader capable of optimising performance, accelerating commercial activity and integrating a recent acquisition.

Responsabilidades Principais

• — Full P&L accountability for the Iberian Peninsula
• — Lead the operational integration of a recently acquired logistics business
• — Drive commercial growth through key account development
• — Implement the automation and digitalisation programme
• — Manage relationships with customers and trade unions

Perfil do Candidato

• — MD or Country Manager experience in logistics or supply chain
• — Track record of operational integration and performance improvement
• — Deep knowledge of the Spanish labour environment
• — Fluent Spanish and English required
