Responsabilidades Principais
- Define and execute the talent strategy for 1,200 investment professionals
- Lead recruiting for senior investment positions from top-tier global asset managers
- Design performance management and compensation frameworks
- Develop the employee value proposition to compete with global tier-1 firms
- Manage Qatarisation requirements and develop local investment talent
Perfil do Candidato
- CHRO at a sovereign wealth fund, leading asset manager or top-tier investment bank
- Track record of recruiting and retaining investment talent
- Understanding of professional development for investment professionals
- Experience managing nationalisation requirements in the GCC
- Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
