Our client is a high-growth technology company in proptech and alternative data with 65% year-on-year revenue growth. The CFO will lead financial transformation required for public company readiness.

Responsabilidades Principais

• — Lead IPO preparation — upgrading financial reporting to public company standards
• — Implement SOX internal controls and PCAOB audit readiness
• — Build the investor relations function
• — Lead the S-1 preparation with investment banking advisors
• — Own the CFO function post-IPO — earnings calls and investor engagement

Perfil do Candidato

• — CFO at a public technology company or completed a NASDAQ or NYSE IPO
• — Deep knowledge of SEC reporting, SOX compliance and PCAOB audit
• — Track record of investor relations and public market credibility
• — CPA required; Big Four experience preferred
