Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a CFO for a Miami-based technology company with $95m ARR preparing for a NASDAQ IPO, targeted for 2027 listing.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a high-growth technology company in proptech and alternative data with 65% year-on-year revenue growth. The CFO will lead financial transformation required for public company readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IPO preparation — upgrading financial reporting to public company standards
  • Implement SOX internal controls and PCAOB audit readiness
  • Build the investor relations function
  • Lead the S-1 preparation with investment banking advisors
  • Own the CFO function post-IPO — earnings calls and investor engagement

Candidate Profile

  • CFO at a public technology company or completed a NASDAQ or NYSE IPO
  • Deep knowledge of SEC reporting, SOX compliance and PCAOB audit
  • Track record of investor relations and public market credibility
  • CPA required; Big Four experience preferred
