Our client is one of Europe's largest independent multi-family offices serving approximately 90 UHNW families. The CFO role is a new position created to professionalise financial governance as the business scales.

Responsabilidades Principais

• — Own all financial planning, reporting and regulatory compliance
• — Develop a financial governance framework for €12bn AuM
• — Manage relationships with auditors and FINMA
• — Lead the finance team of 12 across Geneva, Luxembourg and London

Perfil do Candidato

• — CFO or Finance Director in asset management, private banking or a family office
• — Deep knowledge of Swiss regulation and Luxembourg fund structures
• — Highest standards of professional discretion
• — Fluent English and French required
