CFO — Multi-Family Office

JOlivier & Partners is conducting a retained search for a CFO for a Geneva-based multi-family office managing €12bn in client assets across multiple jurisdictions.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is one of Europe's largest independent multi-family offices serving approximately 90 UHNW families. The CFO role is a new position created to professionalise financial governance as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all financial planning, reporting and regulatory compliance
• Develop a financial governance framework for €12bn AuM
• Manage relationships with auditors and FINMA
• Lead the finance team of 12 across Geneva, Luxembourg and London

Candidate Profile

• CFO or Finance Director in asset management, private banking or a family office
• Deep knowledge of Swiss regulation and Luxembourg fund structures
• Highest standards of professional discretion
• Fluent English and French required
