Our client is a privately held construction and infrastructure group with revenues exceeding $1.5bn across North America, Europe and the Middle East. Evaluating strategic options including potential capital markets activity.

Responsabilidades Principais

• — Lead all financial planning, reporting, treasury and risk management
• — Serve as strategic advisor to CEO and board on capital allocation and M&A
• — Build and lead a high-performance finance team across multiple geographies
• — Manage banking relationships, covenant compliance and debt structure
• — Prepare the organisation for potential capital markets activity

Perfil do Candidato

• — Proven CFO experience in construction, infrastructure or capital-intensive industries
• — Strong M&A, capital markets and investor relations background
• — CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
• — Experience with private equity or institutional investor relationships
