Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a CFO for a leading construction and infrastructure group headquartered in New York. The CFO will serve as full strategic partner to the CEO and board.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a privately held construction and infrastructure group with revenues exceeding $1.5bn across North America, Europe and the Middle East. Evaluating strategic options including potential capital markets activity.

Key Responsibilities

— Lead all financial planning, reporting, treasury and risk management
— Serve as strategic advisor to CEO and board on capital allocation and M&A
— Build and lead a high-performance finance team across multiple geographies
— Manage banking relationships, covenant compliance and debt structure
— Prepare the organisation for potential capital markets activity

Candidate Profile

— Proven CFO experience in construction, infrastructure or capital-intensive industries
— Strong M&A, capital markets and investor relations background
— CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
— Experience with private equity or institutional investor relationships
