JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a VP Sales for a leading enterprise software company responsible for the DACH and CEE markets from Vienna with €120m in regional revenue.

Our client is a US-listed enterprise software company with a market-leading platform in supply chain and procurement technology. The DACH and CEE region is targeted for 25% growth.

Responsabilités Clés

— Lead a team of 45 enterprise AEs and SEs across 14 DACH and CEE markets
— Own regional revenue of €120m with 25% YoY growth targets
— Define the regional go-to-market strategy
— Manage strategic partner relationships
— Report to the EMEA President

Profil Recherché

— VP Sales or Regional Sales Director in enterprise software in DACH
— Track record of leading large enterprise software sales teams
— Deep knowledge of DACH enterprise sales dynamics
— Fluent German and English required
