Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a VP Sales for a leading enterprise software company responsible for the DACH and CEE markets from Vienna with €120m in regional revenue.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a US-listed enterprise software company with a market-leading platform in supply chain and procurement technology. The DACH and CEE region is targeted for 25% growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 45 enterprise AEs and SEs across 14 DACH and CEE markets
  • Own regional revenue of €120m with 25% YoY growth targets
  • Define the regional go-to-market strategy
  • Manage strategic partner relationships
  • Report to the EMEA President

Candidate Profile

  • VP Sales or Regional Sales Director in enterprise software in DACH
  • Track record of leading large enterprise software sales teams
  • Deep knowledge of DACH enterprise sales dynamics
  • Fluent German and English required
