Group CFO

**Dubai, UAE · Permanent**

A leading UAE headquartered group is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to shape its financial strategy and support its next stage of growth and transformation.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, the Group CFO will combine financial leadership with sound commercial judgement across a complex, multi business organisation.

- Lead group financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.

- Advise on capital allocation, investments, acquisitions and disposals.

- Oversee treasury, funding, banking relationships and capital structure.

- Strengthen financial controls, reporting, governance and risk management.

- Drive improvements in finance systems, automation and the use of data in decision making.

- Develop the group finance leadership team and act as a strategic adviser to the CEO, Board and shareholders.

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience as a Group CFO in a large, diversified organisation, together with:

- A recognised accounting qualification, such as ACA, CA, CPA or equivalent.

- More than 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

- Strong expertise in financial planning, treasury, corporate finance and capital allocation.

- Experience in M&A, investment assessment and transaction execution.

- A solid understanding of IFRS, governance and regulatory requirements.

- Proven experience working with boards, shareholders and lenders.

- Experience in the UAE; wider GCC exposure is an advantage.

The position offers direct exposure to the group’s senior decision makers and a central role in its long term performance and value creation.
