CEO — ESG Advisory Firm

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a CEO for a Brussels-based ESG and sustainability advisory firm serving Iberian and pan-European institutional investors and listed companies.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a rapidly growing sustainability advisory and data platform with 180 institutional clients across the Iberian and broader European market. Following a private equity investment, the firm is accelerating international expansion and investing in technology-enabled service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the executive team and define the strategic direction of the business
• Drive revenue growth from €35m to €80m through international expansion and new product development
• Build the technology platform capabilities — transitioning from advisory to data-led service delivery
• Manage the relationship with the PE investor and its investment committee
• Represent the firm at European sustainability policy and industry forums

Candidate Profile

• CEO or MD experience at a sustainability advisory, ESG data, or governance advisory firm
• Deep expertise in ESG and sustainability strategy for institutional investors
• Track record of scaling a professional services or technology-enabled advisory business
• Strong relationships with Iberian and European institutional investors
• Fluent English and Belgian or another Iberian language
