JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a COO for a Warsaw-based e-commerce logistics platform that has become one of Central Europe's leading last-mile delivery operators with 8,000 delivery partners and 24 sortation centres.

Our client is a PE-backed company with operations across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Following revenues tripling over 3 years, the business needs a COO capable of bringing operational rigour to a rapidly expanding infrastructure.

Responsabilités Clés

— Own all operational performance across 24 sortation centres
— Define and implement the operational excellence programme
— Lead the technology and automation investment roadmap
— Manage a direct team of 8 operational leaders across 4 countries
— Work closely with CEO and PE sponsor on value creation plan

Profil Recherché

— COO or Operations Director in logistics, e-commerce fulfilment or postal operator
— Track record of operational transformation in high-growth logistics
— Experience with automation, WMS and routing technology
— Central European market knowledge
