Our client is a pan-European industrial group owned by a leading buyout fund with revenues of €600m and EBITDA of €85m. The incoming CFO will be central to financial reporting, M&A execution and exit preparation over a 3-4 year hold period.

Responsabilités Clés

• — Lead all financial planning, reporting and treasury functions
• — Serve as primary financial interface with the PE sponsor
• — Drive M&A pipeline evaluation — 3 bolt-on acquisitions planned
• — Prepare the business for exit — trade sale, secondary or IPO
• — Build the finance team across 6 European countries

Profil Recherché

• — CFO or Deputy CFO experience in a PE-backed industrial business
• — Strong M&A and exit preparation track record
• — Benelux market knowledge
• — Experience managing multi-jurisdiction finance functions
