The family office is undergoing a professionalisation of its governance and investment management processes ahead of a generational transition. The MD will coordinate investment management, business oversight and family governance.

Key Responsibilities

• — Serve as the primary executive representative of the family
• — Coordinate the investment management function across asset classes
• — Oversee 4 operating businesses with combined revenues of €340m
• — Develop and implement the family governance framework
• — Manage relationships with external advisors

Candidate Profile

• — MD, CIO or CEO in a family office, private bank or investment management context
• — Deep investment expertise across asset classes
• — Discretion, integrity and ability to navigate complex family dynamics
• — Track record of professionalising investment management
• — Fluent Spanish and English required
