Our client is a top-10 global pharmaceutical company with revenues exceeding $42bn. The CLO covers M&A, licensing, IP, regulatory compliance and litigation across 80 countries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global legal function of 120 lawyers across 25 jurisdictions
• Advise CEO and board on legal strategy and governance
• Lead legal support for M&A and licensing
• Manage the IP portfolio strategy
• Chair the global compliance committee

Perfil del candidato

• General Counsel or CLO in a global pharmaceutical company
• Deep expertise in pharma M&A, licensing, IP and regulatory compliance
• Track record of leading large global legal teams
• Qualified lawyer; fluent English required
