JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a CLO and General Counsel for a global pharmaceutical company. The CLO will lead a legal function of 120 lawyers globally.

Our client is a top-10 global pharmaceutical company with revenues exceeding $42bn. The CLO covers M&A, licensing, IP, regulatory compliance and litigation across 80 countries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a global legal function of 120 lawyers across 25 jurisdictions
Advise CEO and board on legal strategy and governance
Lead legal support for M&A and licensing
Manage the IP portfolio strategy
Chair the global compliance committee

Candidate Profile

General Counsel or CLO in a global pharmaceutical company
Deep expertise in pharma M&A, licensing, IP and regulatory compliance
Track record of leading large global legal teams
Qualified lawyer; fluent English required
