CFO — Specialty Insurance

Contexto

Our client is a specialty lines insurer operating in Lloyd's and the company market. Backed by a Bermuda-based holding company, the business is evaluating growth options including additional Lloyd's capacity and potential IPO.

Responsabilidades

• Own all financial reporting and capital management for the Lloyd's syndicate
• Lead actuarial, finance and investor relations
• Manage relationships with Lloyd's, PRA and FCA
• Support strategic transactions and IPO readiness
• Develop the finance team

Perfil del candidato

• CFO in a Lloyd's syndicate, specialty insurer or Bermuda market reinsurer
• Deep knowledge of Lloyd's capital structure
• Experience with IFRS 17
• ACA or equivalent qualification preferred
