Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners is conducting a retained search for a CFO for a leading Lloyd's of London specialty insurance platform with GWP of £480m.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a specialty lines insurer operating in Lloyd's and the company market. Backed by a Bermuda-based holding company, the business is evaluating growth options including additional Lloyd's capacity and potential IPO.

Key Responsibilities

Own all financial reporting and capital management for the Lloyd's syndicate
Lead actuarial, finance and investor relations
Manage relationships with Lloyd's, PRA and FCA
Support strategic transactions and IPO readiness
Develop the finance team

Candidate Profile

CFO in a Lloyd's syndicate, specialty insurer or Bermuda market reinsurer
Deep knowledge of Lloyd's capital structure
Experience with IFRS 17
ACA or equivalent qualification preferred
