The Organisation & Context

Our client is a specialty lines insurer operating in Lloyd's and the company market. Backed by a Bermuda-based holding company, the business is evaluating growth options including additional Lloyd's capacity and potential IPO.

Key Responsibilities

• — Own all financial reporting and capital management for the Lloyd's syndicate
• — Lead actuarial, finance and investor relations
• — Manage relationships with Lloyd's, PRA and FCA
• — Support strategic transactions and IPO readiness
• — Develop the finance team

Candidate Profile

• — CFO in a Lloyd's syndicate, specialty insurer or Bermuda market reinsurer
• — Deep knowledge of Lloyd's capital structure
• — Experience with IFRS 17
• — ACA or equivalent qualification preferred
