JOlivier & Partners has been retained by the board of a Geneva-based independent private bank to identify a new Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will lead the bank through a strategic transformation and accelerate growth of its UHNW client franchise across European and Middle Eastern markets.
Contexto
Our client is a FINMA-regulated private bank with AuM of CHF 22bn, serving ultra-high-net-worth clients across Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. Following a change of ownership, the new shareholders have committed to a significant investment in technology, talent and international expansion.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the executive team and define the strategic direction of the bank
- Drive growth in AuM — targeting CHF 35bn within 5 years through new client acquisition and net new money
- Manage the relationship with the board, FINMA and the correspondent banking network
- Build the investment platform capability — expanding into alternative investments and structured products
- Represent the bank at senior client and industry level across European and Middle Eastern markets
Perfil del candidato
- CEO or Managing Director experience at a private bank, wealth manager or UHNW-focused financial institution
- Track record of growing AuM and building UHNW client relationships
- Deep knowledge of FINMA regulation and Swiss private banking market
- Strong international network across European and Middle Eastern UHNW markets
- Fluent English and French; German an advantage
