Our client is a Doha-based financial services institution with operations across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. The board has approved an ambitious strategy to transform the institution from a traditional provider into a technology-enabled, regionally diversified financial group.

Key Responsibilities

• — Lead the executive team and 5-year strategic transformation
• — Drive revenue diversification and grow fee income
• — Execute the regional expansion strategy in Kuwait and Bahrain
• — Manage relationships with the Qatar Central Bank
• — Represent the institution at senior government and industry levels

Candidate Profile

• — CEO or Deputy CEO at a bank or regulated financial services group
• — Track record of leading strategic transformation in financial services
• — Experience operating in the GCC regulatory environment
• — Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
• — Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
